I am an Engineer who likes to cook and experiment with Food. I like to combine interesting flavours and strive to make food un-boring.
My current kick is to explore the flavours of North Africa, specifically, Moroccan and Ethiopian. I also have an abiding interest in the cuisine of my ancestors, Indian Food.
Having spent time in France and other parts of Europe, the richness of the French cuisine, the simplicity and freshness of Italian cuisine and the melange of the North African spices and the Herbs of Europe that makes up Spanish cuisine never fails to interest me.
Convergence in dishes across the world is something that excites me; Chimichurri and Chermoula for example.
